The Receptionist serves as AHRI’S first point of contact and is therefore an important frontline person who needs to project an excellent image of the organisation.

It is therefore essential that the Receptionist is presentable, deals with customers (both internal and external) politely and in a friendly manner, is approachable and informative. The Receptionist is also expected to assist with other business support duties, including but not limited to, event planning, hospitality and administration as directed by the line manager.

Minimum Qualifications
1. Senior Certificate.
2. Office Admin certificate

Minimum Experience
1. 2 years’ experience working in reception

Skills and Knowledge Required
1.High standards of personal grooming
2.Very good English speaking and writing skills
3.Good Computer literacy skills
4.Prioritizing and organisational skills
5.Problem solving skills
7.Very good telephone etiquette
