The Africa Health Research Institute (AHRI) is a multidisciplinary, independent research institute based across two sites in the province of KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa and we are currently looking for a self-directed, highly motivated and reliable Pharmacy Coordinator to join our fast pace Clinical Research Department.

Pharmacy Coordinator will supervise and oversee the team of Pharmacist(s) and/or Pharmacy Associate(s) to provide overall project management of clinical trial Investigation Product(s) and/or Device(s). General areas of responsibility include project procurement, implementation, and management of IP. Management of IP storage, administration, and reconciliation. Ensuring IP management according to quality standards; SOPs; ICH and/or other guidelines to fulfill local country guidelines and regulations

Minimum Qualifications
1.Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy
2.Registered at SA Pharmacy Council

Minimum Experience
1.Computer literacy and working knowledge of Microsoft Office software
2.Minimum five (5) years working experience as a Pharmacist
3.Minimum of three (3) years of Pharmacy oversight and management experience
4.Clinical Trial Experience
5.Good knowledge of GCP and HSP preferred
